The design team behind this high end residential development of 5 flats were specifically looking for a series of floor covering for the main entrance as well as the car parking area that will support the modern design and elegance. Functionality was also as high priority though as well as the design language as being the welcoming area of the building. They were looking for a durable product that will not become dated in design and can be relied up on for years to come. Between vast effect, colour and design options of Lusso20 , Evo in Grey colour of the concrete effect fitted the bill and 200m2 of 60x60 has been chosen to be installed. Both the design team and the end users have been very happy with the choice.
